SHIPPING: DOMESTIC
(U.S. residential address)
All Domestic orders ship via USPS or FedEx ground, unless otherwise specified in the "Order Note" section prior to processing the order. Signature Confirmation will be added as an extra charge if requested, or if the order is B2B.
Lost or Damaged packages:
FedEx will cover Lost or Damaged packages only when DELIVERY SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION is on the package. Signature confirmation will be added to your package as a standard free of charge service. Lost or Damaged packages without signature delivery confirmation request will not be covered by MonkeyTail Gear or FedEx.
SHIPPING: INTERNATIONAL
(Residential address outside of U.S Continent, Including US APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska and 16 U.S. Territories)
All International orders are shipping with either USPS International Priority or DHL Express. Shipping price and Estimated Delivery Time can be found at the shipping section at checkout.
International Import Taxes and Duties:
The shipping charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order is shipping to. These duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
3rd party freight forwarding companies:
We DO NOT deliver to 3rd party shipping companies and to their addresses. Orders placed with a 3rd party shipping company address will be subject to review and cancellation.
Lost or Damaged packages:
USPS will cover lost or damaged packages only when INSURANCE is requested on the package. Insurance can be added as an option to your package for free of charge. Please leave us a memo in the "Order Note" section for ‘INSURANCE required’. Lost or Damaged packages without Insurance will not be covered by MonkeyTail Gear or USPS.
DHL will cover lost or damaged packages only when Delivery Signature Confirmation is requested on the package. Insurance can be added as an option to your package for free of charge. Please leave us a memo in the "Order Note" section for ‘Signature required’. Lost or Damaged packages without Signature Requirement will not be covered by MonkeyTail Gear or DHL.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Orders with Free Shipping will be sent via USPS, FedEX, DHL, or UPS (under the discretion of the logistics team), and will be shipped under the Standard Delivery option, respective to its carrier service, regardless of which option is chosen at the checkout.
On all Domestic orders, Delivery Signature Confirmation is not automatic, unless otherwise specified in the "Order Note" section to add the signature confirmation which may be subject to additional charges.
Any lost or damaged packages without Delivery Signature Confirmation or Insurance will not be covered by MonkeyTail Gear or any of the shipping carriers mentioned above.
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns & Exchanges are available.
As with any other regular orders, we kindly ask our customers to be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us.
Any additional exchanges after the 1st Exchange will begin to incur shipping costs, which will be billed electronically.
In case of a Return, the amount for original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount, accordingly.
Free Shipping Codes:
Discount Codes will be active as a one-time use per customer, unless otherwise stated on the discount. If any accommodations are needed, please contact us.
Free Shipping discounts will be only applied towards Regular Priced Items, or as described in the discount statement.
